I can never get Jonah to actually pose for pictures... but he sold this "autumn gold" wagoneer to a guy in Holland (the Netherlands) , and the guy wanted some pictures of the car all loaded up . And, I think he wanted some pictures of the crazy Americans. Jonah was happy to oblige, and I'm happy to have some pictures of him that he's not making a funny face in. We were sad to see the pretty wagoneer leave... we've only had it for a few months and it ran perfectly and had its original paint job. Jonah just added some wax, new tires, and a couple spare parts and adios. He made a pretty profit, though, and says we might upgrade to a 1987 Mercedes Greaser.
It barely fit on the truck. Its going to Houston, from where it will go by ship to the Netherlands.

We would have kept it, but it doesn't have tinted windows or a/c. We grateful to sell it to this guy in Holland--its been a real fun experience. We had originally sold it to an American, but he backed out, and this guy had called Jonah a dozen times during the auction and was SO sad when he lost, so we sold it to him. Lucky for us. Also, he's coverting it to LPG, which feels good to our alternative energy consciences.

Jonah's daily driver Wagoneer is on the left.
Happy sailing Butternut.
